Minimum ticket price: $0
Maximum ticket price: Unlimited
Fee calculation: No BrightStar fees
Elevate Tier
Platform fee: $0.89 + 1.85%
Fee calculation: $0.89 + (ticket_price × 0.0185)
Example ($100 ticket): $0.89 + $1.85 = $2.74
Amplify Tier
Platform fee: $1.79 + 3.7%
Fee calculation: $1.79 + (ticket_price × 0.037)
Example ($100 ticket): $1.79 + $3.70 = $5.49
Note: Stripe fees (2.9% + $0.30) apply to all tiers and are separate from BrightStar fees.

Fee Collection Methods
Pass to Buyer (Default) Fees added to ticket price at checkout. Example: $100 ticket + $2.74 fee = $102.74 charged You receive: $100 (minus Stripe fees)
Absorb into Price Fees deducted from ticket price. Example: $100 ticket, fees absorbed You receive: $100 - $2.74 - Stripe fees = ~$94.26
Configure per-event in Event Settings → Pricing.
You can switch tiers at any time. Changes take effect on the next ticket sold. Use Seva for testing, upgrade to Elevate when you need marketing features, activate Amplify for maximum reach.
