Reiki Köln

Reiki Köln operates from a quiet practice space on Hohenzollernring in central Cologne, near Friesenplatz, where individual treatments and consultations take place. Reiki courses are held at a separate teaching space, Raum für Resonanz, on Ritterstraße. The practice has been established since 2007, building on the founder's more than 25 years of work in Reiki, energetic healing, and holistic body-consciousness work. For twelve years, the practitioner directed a dedicated healing center before establishing the current private practice.

The work centers on Reiki as a Japanese form of energy and healing practice founded by Mikao Usui. In treatments, the practitioner serves as a channel for universal life energy through mindful hand placement, allowing energy to flow according to natural principles rather than personal intention. This approach addresses the whole person—supporting physical relaxation, emotional balance, mental clarity, and spiritual connection—by facilitating the body's own regulatory and self-healing capacities.

The practice offers three primary services. Reiki treatments use hand placement to transmit universal life energy and support regeneration and natural regulation. Samadhi massage combines attentive, deep bodywork with energetic healing to support free energy flow and create space for release and renewed vitality. Reiki courses, offered since 2007, combine knowledge transmission with direct experience and are structured in three degrees: first degree, second degree, and master level. Courses are kept to small groups with personal guidance.

The practitioner's approach does not follow a fixed protocol but meets each person where they stand, drawing on fine-grained perception of the individual. In sessions, personal intention recedes, creating space for perception beyond the thinking mind and for the natural energetic process to unfold. The work is framed as a path of personal and spiritual development, with Reiki initiations understood as steps in reconnecting to one's higher self and deepening access to inner wisdom and embodied presence.
